Set approvers
By default in TimePunch, the employee's direct supervisor always approves change requests. If this person is not suitable, the approver can be set directly.
To do this, an administrator or personnel manager must log in to Self-Disclosure. The ‘Approvers’ page displays the currently designated approver for each employee.

The ‘Set authoriser’ button can be used to designate the approver.
All employees who are defined as managers in the organisational structure can be selected. This includes, for example, team leaders, department heads, branch managers and all administrators.

To reset the approving person to the default, the selection must be deleted for the authorising person.
