Personnel file

Clicking on the menu item ‘Personnel file’ opens an overview of all documents provided by the personnel department. Employees can access all approved documents here.

Automatic notification of new documents

If new documents are added to the personnel file or monthly overview in TimePunch, employees will automatically receive an email notification overnight.

This notification informs them that new documents are available.

Employees can then click directly on the link contained in the e-mail to open the respective document.
