Designate a substitute

Each person can designate a proxy in the Self-Service settings. A proxy can be designated for approving change requests, and another proxy can be designated for approving monthly working hours.

Both proxy roles can be filled by the same person, but this is not required. The prerequisite is that the proxy has the necessary permissions. Only then can they view and approve all requests and working hours for the person they are representing, ensuring that no approval requests remain unanswered.
